Mirza Muhammad Ileush is a Brand Practitioner from Bangladesh. He is working in brand strategy & digital marketing sector for 12 years (from the start of his career). Right now he is working in BrandGear as Chief Brand Strategist in BrandGear, a growing advertising and strategic agency located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is the Managing Partner and Chief Marketing Consultant of Sail Shifter, a Consultancy firm for the new ventures. He is also a B2B strategist for match making amongst the companies. Very recently, he has completed the ACMP (ADVANCED CERTIFICATE FOR MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS) course from IBA (University of Dhaka). He is a Marketing Graduate from University of Dhaka and University of Rajshahi.

He has worked in Shohoz.com, Bengal Group, Mindtree, Onnorokom Group and The Nielson in brand marketing divisions.
